The 7th Saga

Review by Vegetaman

"You can't believe how great this game is!"

Well, here it is:

Gameplay: 10/10
What can I say? This game has so many different paths to take, and so many different combinations of people to use. It truly is an excellent game. You can get hours of fun. Even though it is an RPG, the new skills you gain at every Level up makes you want more! The controls aren't bad. You are basically choosing a fight command, talking to somebody, or searching for a hidden item, or walking around in a town or on the world map. Three save slots allow you to save your game, and copy it, if you are questioning something you are going to do. No matter if you are using a real Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), or a ROM, it gives the same amount of fun!

Story: 10/10
The story is this: ''Three thousand years ago, an ancient book was found deep in the depths of a cave located high in the Mountains of TICONDERA. The book was almost completely unreadable. What was deciphered, however, sounded more like a letter of warning than a mere tale.''

Strange story indeed. When you start the King gives you and all of you companions/enemies a crystal ball to use to locate enemies and towns and runes. Your goal is to locate and find the 7 runes. Legend is that he who collects the 7 runes will have ultimate power. You have to go through towns, hidden passes, join with companions, fight with foes, and learn what is going on! This is an entangling story that you have to be in to be clear!

Audio/Video: 10/10
Besides great gameplay and a great story, the music is unbelievable! The music changes from in a town, to in a castle, to on a map, and fighting an enemy! Besides the regular music, the sound effects are even better! It shows how much pain staking detail was put into this game!

Replayability: YES!
Once you beat this game, you may think you'll never play it again. Guess again! This game will draw you in and make you want to play it again and again!

To buy/rent: YES!
This game is worth it! I have seen it for 10-17 dollars in stores, and on the net for 15-25. Truly a game worth buying!

Glitches/Problems: NO!
Unlike some games, 7th Saga doesn't slow down when you have to many things on the screen, and it NEVER freezes! The only thing in this game is tons of secrets, some that can only be found using certain characters, doing certain things, or talking to certain people. This game is practically glitch free!

Miscellaneous:
If you have some time, or want some fun, then this game is for you!

Don't delay, play today!
