Review by Yakuza

"Kids, don't be tricked by the graphics and the hype, this game is not worth playing, honestly!"

(Again, I reserve myself for any grammar/spelling errors since I’m not from an english speaking country, sorry ’bout it, hope you don’t mind).

For anyone that likes ”Rise of the Robots” (which would be unbelievable) I can tell you that I don’t like this game. Don’t be pissed off now, if you’re a fan of it, because I’m not exactly the one that praises it. If you’re looking for a beat ’em up game for the SNES, disregard this one. I promise, you won’t be satisfied if you buy this one. I suggest ”Street fighter 2 turbo” or the ”Mortal Kombat”-series instead, this game is definitely a trap setup by the graphic. Since it’s so old, nobody will by it nowadays(if you don’t want a SNES beat ’em up).

%GRAPHICS:%
This is what the customers were tricked by. Being a SNES-game, this ain’t too bad. The screenshots on the box trick you that this is a ”visual experience” waaay better than anything else you’ve seen to the SNES. Still, you won’t be amazed but it’s better than most fighting games for the SNES.

SCORE GRAPHICS: 6.2/10

¤MUSIC/SOUND:¤
Oh no! This is the worst sound/music I’ve ever heard! Ok, it fits for the ”trash-game” where playing as the robots, but frankly, this is worse than any other game’s music. You don’t want to hear it.

SCORE MUSIC/SOUND: 1.3/10

=CONTROL:=
Oh man! We just discovered one of the worst controls to a fighting game throughout gaming history! Believe me, this is the worst piece of crap I’ve ever seen to a fighting game, the control is totally disgusting! I don’t know how you want fighting games to be like, but I assume that you don’t want it like this.

SCORE CONTROL: 0.0/10 (Yes, it doesn’t deserves more)

&FUN-FACTOR:&
Ok, I’ll tell you why this game isn’t fun. First of all, there’s only one character to play as(that big blue droid). Yeah, you heard me, the other robots are not available to play as. And how fun is a fighting game if you can’t try different characters? Drops the avarage score major! Second of all, I can’t tell you how the control is. Trying to play this game is like trying to surf the web with a 486 computer it’s sooooooooo dull.

SCORE FUN-FACTOR: 1.7/10

}CHALLENGE:{
I never cared to beat the game. I bought it and sold it immediately the next day (which is unbelievable since I almost never sell any games). I believe it’s pretty hard(because it’s so boring to play) but hey, any game is difficult if you base the challenge on how dull it is to play! I guess it’s pretty hard to beat. Another thing: the game won’t last long because you can only play as one character: the robot. The others
are only opponents.

SCORE CHALLENGE: #/10 (Don’t know since I didn’t beat it)

()SUMMARY:()
To be honest, this was one of the most overhyped games ever. It looked cool, everybody was talking about ”32 meg-power”, ”super-graphic” ”awesome gameplay” etc. The minute you play it, you discover what it really is. On the outside, good. Inside, worthless. Trust me, Street Fighter 2 is a better alternative if you’re searching for a SNES fighting game.

OVERALL SCORE: 1.7/10

TOTAL SCORE(Score on a line between 1-10: 2/10

Last wicked line(one line synopsis): Kids, don’t be tricked by the graphic or the hype, this game is not worth playing, honestly!!!
