Wings 2: Aces High
Review by DoofyDude
"Should be called Wings 2: Aces Low"
I bought Wings 2 for $20 and was extremely mad because the game sucked. That was back then, now it's only $5. I did sell it but I only got like $3. Here's why the game sucked.
Gameplay: 2/10
You get to be 1 out of 5 pilots (I think) and do all kinds of missions like killing other airplanes, bombing places, and shooting down stuff on the ground. When you beat a mission you get to add more power or something to your plane. If you die you lose the pilot that you picked and have to pick another pilot. If you fail a mission twice you also lose a pilot. Lose all of the pilots and then the game is over. The game is so boring because when your trying to kill other planes they run away and you have to wait like 5 minutes for them to come back. It's too hard because when your trying to shoot something on the ground you keep missing it and failing the mission because the plane goes to fast. The good news is that there's passwords so you can start playing from where you got up to when you play the game again.
Graphics: 3/10
The graphics are okay. The view is 3rd person. There's roads, britches, rivers, and train tracks on the ground but they're all flat. And there's no train on the train tracks if your wondering. There's also mountains in the background. And of course there's a sky with clouds in it.
Controls: 4/10
The controls pretty easy to remember. A is to go faster. B is to slow down. Y is to shoot. The control pad is to move the plane. See that's pretty easy to remember isn't it?
Sound and Music: 1/10
The music sucks. It just makes the game even more boring. The sounds are kinda dull. They don't sound realistic. And the explosions sound so dumb.
Replay Value: 1/10
You probably would never beat this game and would stop playing it because it's so boring. The game is also pretty hard. And if you do beat it, there would be nothing else to do.
Overall: 1/10
Too boring and too hard. Buy or Rent? None. Trust me, you wouldn't like the game and you can't rent it because they don't have Super Nintendo games for rent anymore. If you want, you can by this game for $5 at Funcoland but you probably wouldn't like it.
