"A timeless classic."

This is one of the greatest overlooked action games on the Super Nintendo. It'a about time people give Lucas Arts the outstanding credit it deserves by making this masterpiece of a game, Zombies Ate My Neighbors. This game has nice graphics, nice controllers, big challenge, and an awesome multiplayer!! This one of those games that you won't find very much, probably not ever.

Graphics (10/10)

The graphics are very detailed and colorful. The monsters look nice and everything is pretty much all around great!!

Controllers (9.5/10)

The controllers are nice and very responsive, you won't have any trouble moving around or shooting enemies. But the 0.5 part of that score is, you have quite an arsenal of weapons, and it's very easy to skip over it when you're in a do or die situation, but otherwise, this is great!!

Gameplay (10/10)

Hmm....Your goal is to rescue your neighbors from various monsters such as: zombies, chainsaw maniacs, giant ants, martians, vampires, little demented dolls, spiders, giant snakes, mermen, and of course...GIANT BABIES!! You have many various weapons to choose from such as: squirt guns, weed cutters, soda-cans, crosses, fire extinguishers, bazookas, and so on. Everytime you rescue all of your lovely neighbors, you can advance to the next stage. There are about 55 levels including bonus levels. You can acquire various bonuses for doing various deeds.

Sound/Music (10/10)

The sounds are very basic, you'll hear the VROOM VROOM of a chainsaw, evil laughter of those little demented dolls, the sounds are pretty clear. The music is of a fast pitched horror tune, the music is just a zany version of horror.

Multiplayer (10/10)

You have a co-op two player mode, you have two playable characters, a boy named Zack, and a girl named Julie. You both roll through levels together, but this can get quite competitive, you can steal various things from your partner, which at a time, can put a friendship on the line!!!

Replayability (10/10)

This game is just so addictive that you'll be wanting to come back more and more to play it.

Buy or rent?

Hmm........this is summed in one word, buy.

Overall (10/10)

This game is just a timeless classic for the ages, detailed graphics, addictiveness, great multiplayer, and a great soundtrack, anyone who fancies themselves a gamer would try this.
