Barbie Vacation Adventure

"Oh, good God no!"

It was hard to find a game that I despised more than Barbie Super Model, but unfortunatly, not hard enough. Yes Barbie Vacation Adventure easily takes the prize as worst SNES game I have ever played. Easily.

At least you got to crash your car in BSM. In BVA nothing even comes close to fun. Here's a list of the levels. I don't remember the names exactly, and I'm never going to play that rancid game again so here it goes from memory:

Florida - you can either swim around and collect thousands of jewels that somehow float in the water or play beach volleyball with some girl. Both are way too hard. If I can't find all the jewels, there's no way some 4 year old can.

California - you go home and it seems your friends are throwing a party for you. There are numerous flaws to this party one being that you hve to find your own presents. That's right, they've hidden all your presents. Second, none of the guests talk to you. They come to your party and just mingle amongst themselves. If you find enough of the presents some guy alerts you to a knock at the door. Upon leaving your house it turns out they've given you a car. Sorry for the spoiler.

Iowa (I think) - you have to catch a pig. Yes, Barbie has to chase a greased pig.

Kentucky (I think) - you ride three horses, all of which seem to behave in exactly the same manner. You have to jump over some crap. Again way too hard for this type of game. You can also play horseshoes.

Some state in which you go camping - Help Barbie build a tent. Try to help Barbie jump on rocks over numerous streams. Fail. Re-start idiot camping level. Continue. Eventually you will be granted the ability to photograph animals. Help Barbie photograph said animals.

This game sucks, plain and simple. Don't even consider buying or renting. Graphics are surprising decent, but everything else is very, very bad.
