"Capcom's RPG at its best"

This game is the best in the Breath of Fire series, Altough its sadly under appreciated. The first one is still the most poular but I think its the worst. This game is alot better and has tons of cool things to do. Like the shawmen and other side quests. This is one game you have to have even though its one of the rarest SNES games around. The graphics are weak compared to todays standard but as any RPGer should Graphics don't make the game. The sound is a little soft but no biggie. The dynamite game play though is surely to keep you hooked into the game and the story too. If you haven't givin this A+ Adventure a try, I would strongly advise it!!!!

GRAPHICS 5/10- The graphics are weak even for the SNES like Final Fantasy IV. But the battles are really cool looking and so are the dragon moves.

CONTROL 10/10- Every one gets there own special moves and the menus are easy. Plus every character is even in their own ways. In most RPG's there is always one or two characters that suck and you might as well forget, not this game. every character has their ups and downs so its worth playing with every character combo which ups replay.

SOUND 8/10- The sound is okay but its soft and Lullabyish and may get on your nerves but battles are cool and bosses tune rule.

STORY 8/10- You will play as a young boy who is a scavenger but soon finds out about his Dragonpower and keys to the past which lead him to gods and ..... well I'm not going to spoil it for you so play it yourself.

REPLAY 10/10- this game exceeds so many other games because of the side quests like the shawmwn and hidden dungeons and lots of stuff not to mention the diverse characters.

OVERALL 9/10- Ultimatly this game rocks and is worth a play or two or 1000.... anyway it should please RPG gamers all over and put a smile on your face.
