"A true milestone for sim games everywhere!"

STORY O.K. This game doesn't really have a story. You basically just build a city. In this game, you become the mayor of sim city. With this position however, there are many responsibilities. You must collect taxes, build houses, businesses, power plants, police/fire, stations, and more!Don't worry. You'll have plenty of fun doing it!

GRAPHICS:5/10 This game's graphics aren't really it's strong point. Although they're not bad, the Super Nintendo could have done a lot better. The worst thing about he graphics is the lack of animation. Sure, there's some, but not that much. The only animation is stuff like little dots moving around which are supposed to be cars, or smoke coming out of a factory. O.K. Enough of what's bad about the graphics, let's talk about what isn't so bad. All of the pictures in the game are pretty sharp. The landscapes are pretty nice, and the scenes where Dr. Wright gives you advice are pretty good. Overall, the graphics are fair.

SOUND:10/10 Now that's more like it! The sound in Sim-City is awesome! There are several types of music and sound effects. There is a different type of music for your city each time it goes up a level, and cool sound effects when a plane crashes or Bowser attacks your city! Sim-City's sound definitely makes up for it's graphics!

CONTROLS:10/10 The controls are very simple. You basically move around a cursor with the control pad and select options with the A button. Very easy to get the hang of. They'll be a second nature to you throughout the game.

DIFFICULTY:7/10 Let's get this straight, this game is tough! You will often be finding yourself running out of money, raising taxes, upsetting the population, or having a disaster. But the good news is this. The challenge really contributes to the game!

REPLAY VALUE:10/10 Easily the most extreme feature on this game. There are 1000 maps to play on. A practice mode, several scenarios, and a whole lot of fun! If anything, this game will have you playing for a good while!

GAMEPLAY:9/10 This game is excellent! You will be building a simulated city in which you are the mayor. As mayor you'll be in complete control of what goes where and who does what. You'll have to build houses for your population to live in, businesses, for them to work, and industry. You will have to deal with all the city's problems. Like traffic, pollution, or crime. The only reason this game doesn't get a ten, is that it gets boring after a while. Don't get me wrong though. It's a great game!

OVERALL:9/10 Sim-City is packed full of hours of fun! You'll be playing it your every waking moment! Overall the graphics are fair, the sound is fantastic, and the gameplay is excellent. It just tends to get boring after a while. Do yourself a favor, buy this game! You won't soon forget it!
