Home Alone 2: Lost in New York

"Only you can help Kevin find his family."

Indroduction:If you seen the movie, you know how Kevin got in trouble. For those of you who don't Kevin got on the wrong plane and is now lost in New York. To make matters worse the entire plaza hotel is after him. To make matters even more worse the Wet Bandits(Harry and Marv) have paid their dept to soceity and are now after Kevin to get their revenge. There are four basic levels in the game, the Hotel, Centeral Park, the Uncle's townhouse, and the chase through New York City. It is up to you to escape th Plaza hotel, and trap the wet bandits and get them turned over to the police.

Graphics:The graphics are just a bit higher than average for the average Super Nintendo game. The detail is surprisingly pretty good. You can see a wall paper pattern etc. The graphics are just the write size. You can tell one weapon from the other. Graphics are about 7.8/10.

Sound and Music. The sound in this game is fairly good. The weapons all have different sounds and sound like what the should sound like. Some sounds can get pretty annoying like the sound Kevin makes when he slides. The music is okay to. About average for games. About one song per level plays about the entire time. It can get annoying depending on how you like the song. Music and sound score about 7.2/10.

Relay value. The replay value of this game is pretty good. You might beat the game, but have missed a room or hidden weapon. There could many things you didn't discover. There is also something about the game that makes you wnt to play it again and again. Relay value scores 8.5

Challenge: This game is very challenging, especially if you are a beginner. But it a fun type of challenge. Experienced game players can expect a fair challenge. Challenge scores a 9.5/10

Conclusion/ overall: This is a very well done game. The developers obviously spent time on cahllenge. It can be frusterating if you die and have to do the easy levels again, but that makes you all the more determined to beat it. If you see this game for sale or used somewhere I recommend this game. Overall taking the things into account this game was about an 8.
