Goof Troop

"A great game with great puzzles"

This is my review for Goof Troop for Super Nintendo. I hope it helps.

Graphics-9

Even thought the graphics can get kind of korny sometimes they are still great for a Super Nintendo game. When you hit someone with a block they go flying away out of the screen in a matter of seconds so the graphics are nice and quick. Antother feature of the great graphics is say you pick up a barrel and throw it at a goon and it hits them but they don't die. You will notice little birds spinning around there heads as if they are ina real cartoon. Goofy and Max and all the other goons in the game look just like a real cartoon as stated above. Once i was playing Goof Troop and my little brother walked into the room and said ''I've never seen this episode before. Is it new?'' Thats just and example of how much like the cartoon it is.

Sound/Music-8

Sound/music is another great feature of Goof Troop. All the music goes right along with the level your in. If the levels creepy the music is creepy, if the level is bright and cheerful then the music well be bright and cheerful. As you have probably noticed the music goes right along with the level. The sound is even better than the music. If you through a barrel at an enemy and you miss you will here the sound of wood breaking, if you start digging with a shovel you will here the noise of dirt being thrown. It is like that with everything you do making the sound great.

Gameplay-7

Gameplay is probably this games weakest point. It is great fun to play but there is just not enough levels!
all the levels have are great fun trying to figure the puzzles and looking at the great details of each level. But if it just had a couple of more levels my gameplay rating would jump to ten for that is the only problem with the gameplay. Other than that everything is awesome. If you want you can beat the game by yourself or you can play two player and have fun with a freind of sibling.

Controls-10

I find the controls of Goof Troop couldn't get any better. Even when i first played it when i was 4 it was still easy to do remember what each button did. There are no buttons that have two different uses or anything like that. Each button does one thing weather it is the pick up button or the action button. Goof Troops controls rule!!

Fun Factor-9

Goof Troop is one of the funnest games i have ever played. Everything about it from the bosses to the puzzles is great fun. And it never gets old (i'm not joking!). I could beat it three times in one day and wake up tommorow and still wan't to play it seeing if i could beat my best time or play it just for fun. The only promblem is as i stated before is there just isn't enough levels.

Buy or Rent

When Goof Troop first came out i rented it and loved and the very next day i bought it. I recomend you should do the same. Rent it first! You may not like it for some reason such as the puzzles annoy you, its just not fun, or you plain ole don't like it. But if you buy it and like it do what i did. Buy it. Goof Troop is a greatly amusing game with loads of fun!
