Graphics: 8: The players are big and look a lot like their real life counterparts. There is only one court you start off with, but you can access a Jungle Court, City Court, and Rooftop Court with a code.

Sound 8: The game has a cool background music that doesn't get annoying, plus there are also 2 different tunes during gameplay which sound cool too. The sound effects are awesome too from dunks, missing dunks, dribbling, making baskets, and shoving. There's even voice over commentating too!

Gameplay: 8: Gameplay is just like in the previous aracade basketball games: NBS Jam, NBA Jam TE and College Slam. You can still do easy dunks, super dunks, be "on fire,"and shoving moves and use Turbo. The game adds a couple of new moves too. You can do a spin move by tapping the turbo button twice. You can also do Double Dunks and Alley-Oops, and if you pull 3 of these off in a row without the other team scoring, you'll get team fire which lasts 30 seconds and doesn't stop until time runs out or the other team makes an alley-oop or double dunk.

Replay Value: 9: There's a 4-player mode(with a multi-player adaptor) so you can invite your friends over for an all-out hoopfest. Plus there's the regular mode where you have to beat all 29 NBA teams. The game also has an create-a-player mode where you pick one out of 14 faces for your player and customize his jersey and attributes.

Overall: 8: The game is a lot more fun than previous Jam titles. Plus the new Double Dunks and Alley-oops make the game even funner by getting "team fire." Make sure to pick up this game up if you like those 2-on-2 arcade basketball games.
