My review to the basket-dunking game NBA LIVE 97 to snes-system. Game is made by Electronics Arts. As you all know, basket is a cool game with three pointers, dunks, passes and many, many more things. The game is made 1996, and include all big stars from the NBA, the names, and theír abillities. (Michael Jordan is not here, cause he didn't play 96). Many great players are here, like Shaquille o'Neal( that has in strengh 99), Anfernee Hardaway(my personal favorite) and a lot more famous players. You can play two guys at the same time, but only against each other. NBA LIVE is the serie LIVE that makes the game for real, no flip-dunks, and jump 18 meters up in the air, or something like that, it's just LIVE, real thing. You can also play 1 on 1, or 2 on 2, or 3on 3, that makes this game more intressting. You can create your own players, with names, numbers, weight, coulor, hairstyle, and a lot more. This makes the game more funny. (I did one player, named my name, "7 10" tall, 240 pounds, and I can tell you this guy was BIG!) There are also scoring and turnover and statistics over the match, from where you shot, and dunk, and where you missed, what players made most points, player statistics, drafting players( I traded all the good players in one team, and wiped the others).You can also load saved games wich is a good thing. You can play Season or Playoffs, open game, and more stuff. You can choose time in quaters, slowmotion dunks, and a lot more. There are a lot of things more in this game, but I can't list it all up here(would take me a life-time).

The game is a NBA LIVE game, so there are no super-special magic dunks, if you know what I mean, no impossible unhuman things, EA tried to made the game so much like real NBA. But there are a few things that I don't really like. After a while you played it, you get tired, and then you must play against a human, or else you will get bored. The game is too easy(well, too easy for me). I play at All star-level, with the worst players in the leaguein my team, and the best in my opponents,( the computer) and I still win. It's too easy. There are no music, just crowd noise, that makes the game a little boring, but it's also fun.

Well, overall this game is a quite good game for people who are more intrested in real Nba, and players, instead of grafic, and super-dunks(impossible things). I'll give it a 6.5 point. If I have to choose 6 or 7, I'll take 7.Actually, don't buy this game if you don't want a basketball game, or are desperate to buy a new game if it is excpensive. ( Below 50 U.S dollars) it is worth to buy.
