My review to the Snes-game Street fighter 2. The game is made by Capcom, the original blockbusters.

If you don't know this game, something went wrong. This is one of the most known games in world history. Only Mario and Mega man series are more known. And this game started the fighting-hype. I'd wonder what would have happened to Soul Calibur, Mortal Kombat and all those fighting games, without this one. This game started it all, and must be considered as a classic. At this time(93,94,95) the main rival was the Mortal Kombat series. Everything looked better for Mortal Kombat, but then Street figher won. What for??? Well, that you'd better check out!!!

Grafic:

The grafic was good and revolutionary for the Snes at this time. Nobody had ever seen this grafic to a fighting-game to Snes. Everybody was impressed, but then from all of a sudden, Mortal Kombat entered the stage!! Mortal Kombat had the grafic that really did everybody say "Whoa!" Street fighters grafic was all forgotten. Today the grafic is nothing. But the characters is nice painted, the backgrounds is cool, and the special effects is ok. But in the others(super street fighter, street fighter alpha2, street figher turbo) the grafic is much better. Nowaydays, grafic is nothing impressing.

Music/Sound:

I always sing some of these songs. The music is good, and will always be there. The sound is also good, with all the special movements, effects and whatever. Compared to the mortal kombat, I like the street fighter music more, even if mortal kombats music is ok. Sound today is better. But the music variates much.

Challenge:

This game is hard. Only a master and a real fighter can conquer this game. There are 7 modes to play on, 1 is the easiest, 7 almost impossible. Practise and fight on. One day you'll make it.

Score challenge: Before 9.4/10 NOW: 9.8/10 (Nowadays most games is easy)

Control:

Here's what was revolutionary. This control made the game winning over mortal combat. The control was fantastic. You could move as you'd like, everything great. It's almost impossible to make a game with greater control than this one.

Score control: Before: 9.7/10 NOW: 9.6/10

Entertainment:

For a change, this is a fighting game that can be played hours of hours without getting bored. But it gets even more funny fighting a friend. So invite your friends for a tournament, and fight them all. You can buy this game, without getting bored the first few weeks. It's more entertaining than mortal kombat. That game isn't so funny, just bloody.

Everything:

This is a game you just gotta test, if not done that already. Even if the shinging parts of it has disappeared, it still holds a little bit more. Thanx to the control. The rest is nothing spectacular. The others, like super street fighter is better(grafic is cooler, the sound's cooler, and new fighters). Still, this one is a must for every player.(To test it.)
