"One awesome game!"
Story: Well mainly you're a boy who goes to visits his fathers lab. Then theres a Evil Doctor called Jabo and he turns you into a blue ball of clay. Now you're trying to go back to human form to get back at Jabo. Along the levels, you can touch a little ball of clay and become a animal. There's a cat, a mouse (who's super speedy), A duck, A fish (underwater) and A chipmunk.
8/10: It's a pretty good story but why would a evil doctor turn a little kid into clay?
Controls: Nothing bad here, Controls work good and I never had any problems with it. It's a Side Scroller so there's not really a camera angle. With the clay you can jump and punch (pretty dumb). With the Mouse you can go super speed if you can run without touching anything for a period of time. The cat and climb and scratch. The chipmunk is small. The fish can swim underwater.
10/10: Controls are great, there's no flaw here.
Graphics:
This is what is truly amazing. The Graphics are 3-D! Well There are a lot of 3-D games but this game was on the Super Nintendo. The levels looked really awesome. Even underwater it was 3-D. Enemies was shaded pretty good and same with your character. There were no slowdowns which also made the graphics terrific. This game would probably in the top 10 or even 5 for SNES games with best graphics.
10/10: Awesome and it's for the SNES
Gameplay:
There's a lot of worlds to explore and you have to find your level which makes this game much better. There are some challenges in the game but they tend to be easy. Of course every level gets harder and the bosses get harder as well. Every world has around 5-9 levels and has a boss. The levels take 2-20 minutes. The levels can be easy and same with finding your level. You can warp to worlds which is pretty neat but you have to figure out how to do that! :)
9/10: What the hurt the game is how the levels are easy and same with a few bosses. The last boss is hard to reach but he is pretty easy as well.
Sound, Music:
The music fits perfectly with the levels. If you're playing the world Japan, there is japanese music. Some music can get irritating and annoying like the 2nd world but you'll get over it. Even though the music sets the themes for the levels, they don't bring you into the game.
7/10 for the Music
The sounds are great! If you punch, you hear a punching noise. You can hear when the mouse is running, when the cat scratches, when your underwater etc... There is nothing to complain about the sounds since it gets the job done.
10/10 for the sound
Difficulty: I wouldn't give a rating for this. To me the difficulty is easy-medium hard. It's easy because you can get unlimited continues. It's hard because some puzzles can be quite annoying and challenging. You will die a lot, but the extra continues will help you out for a long time.
Replayability: This is the bad part of the game. Once you beat the game, you get no secrets, extra modes, extra features etc. You'll play it sometimes to play one of your favourite levels or to fool around. You can warp to worlds to if your that desperate. There's nothing to do in the game after you're done. The game does take long though and you can save.
4/10
Buy or Rent: If it was back in 1996 then I would probably buy this game. If it was now, then you can still buy it though I don't know who will sell it.
Overall Rating: 9/10
