WWF Royal Rumble
Review by D-Man
"The WWF has out done itself this time"
GRAPHICS-9:
WWF Royal Rumble's wrestlers are big and very detailed. They strongly resemble there real-life counterparts. The ring and outside is very nice to. But the only downside to the graphics is that all the wrestlers are shaped the same. I mean, a 500 lb. Yokozuna is the same size as a 200+ pound Bret Hart.
GAMEPLAY-8:
The basic controls are very easy to do. There is also a grapple meter so you will know when your winning in a grapple easly. But the only problem is that when the computer is on hard, you have to mash the buttons to win. But there are also authentic finishers for every wrestler.
Sound-10:
The sound on "RR" is great. At the character selection screen, when ever you have a wrestlers face on the screen, his theme music will play. And there is no annoying backround music when you wrestle.
SELECTION-8:
There are plenty of wrestlers to choose from such as: The Undertaker, Mr.Perfect, Macho Man, Bret Hart, Rick Flair, Tatanka, Crush, Razor Ramon, Shawn Michaels, The Narrsisist, Ted Dibiase, Yokozuna, and 1 more guy. But suprisingly there is NO Hogan!
REPLAY-10:
This game is just jam-packed with fun. It is so hard to put down the controller for more than a couple of minutes. It is the kind of game that you could play for the rest of your life and not get bored.
BUY/RENT:
If you can find it....buy it! it is the(In my opinion) greatest wrestling game ever made for Super Nintendo. It is worth every cent you pay for it.....It was worth the $14.95 I payed for it.
