"I'm about to make a blasphemous statement...this game isn't absolute trash."
Just remember the keyword in the title is ''absolute'', I still don't like the game, but it's not the worst game of all time, even though I used to think so. Anyway...on with the review.
Graphics: 3/10
The character models in this game aren't very good. They are smudged looking, and are quite bland. They also move very slowly, and with not a terribly high amount of frames per second either, it doesn't get too choppy, but choppy enough to be annoying. The backgrounds are bland and uninviting, which doesn't help an already suffering game.
Sound Effects/Music: 4/10
The sound effects that you actually get to hear in the game are quite bad. The are dull sounding, and feel kind of distant. There are a few voice bytes in the game though, which helps the score...a little.
The wanna-be rap music isn't great either. It's repetitive, and isn't even good before you knew it was repetitive. You would think the least they could of done was make it so the music didn't repeat every 4 seconds, but hey, you can't expect much from this game.
Control: 3/10
The controls are anything but fabulous, but they aren't absolutely horrid either, they are about average bad. The major control problem is the buttons don't like to respond immediately, which can mean life or death in a game, but hey, at least they respond at all I guess.
Gameplay: 3/10
The story from what I can tell is some thug kids get lost in an amusement park, and they try to get out. that's about it, unless I'm missing something.
The main problem with the game is the time limit. If it weren't for the time limit, people would rarely die. One place in particular is brutal due to the time limit, and is probably one of the harder mazes in a game due to the time, but once you know how to get through, it's easy. The trick is, you have to find out how to get through. That's no picnic I assure you.
The actual game is a generic sidescroller that you can beat in an hour if you know what you're doing, so it's short length kills most of the fun that the game could of had.

Rent or Buy?
This is only worth a rental. If you can find this game anywhere for rent nowadays, give it a spin, the worst that could happen is you get a good laugh out of it's sloppiness.
