Review by Ryan Gillam

"Well I did not burn the film...."

I read the reviews on here and everyone gave the game high marks and it left me think what are the developers paying them to write those reviews. So I am here to tell you the truth about the game, prepare for a shock.

Graphics 1/10

Picture perfect Pooh. This game has the worst ever graphics to be seen in a video game. Apparently it is meant to be in 3D but all you see is a top down view of a man which is in 2D so they lied. Also the when you are inside the buildings everything is in 2D and the frame rate is about 2 per second. The dinosaurs inside look like they are made from recycled paper and the the weapon you are holding like a kebab. Maybe this could have been improved, but still quite bad for a SNES game. So my mark is 1/10.

Story 2/10

Ah Yes the story probably the best part of the game and it still only gets a 2/10. The story is that some raptors have escaped and you have to find their eggs. This is all there is to it. So with nothing more to stay I will give the story 2/10.

Sound 1/10

Yes this is the worst part of the game there are hardly any sounds except the ever so familiar Jurassic Park theme tune which was still quite good apart from that I hardly heard any dinosaurs, maybe this is because my brain had seized functioning from playing this game. So it will get 1/10.

Gameplay 2/10

The gameplay is extremely poor. This is because the lack of a save function so if you get game over you have to start all over again. The controls are also quite hard to master or even to begin to learn. Maybe this is because I played the game without instructions maybe not. There is also the fact that an extremely small dinosaur can take you out in a few hits. This is extremely annoying after you have played the game for hours then just be killed by a 2 inch dinosaur. Maybe this could have been improved. So gameplay gets 2/10.

Replay Value 0/10

There is absolutely no point in replaying this game. This is because it is so difficult and no save function so you will become bored extremely quickly. So replay gets 0/10. Maybe if it was more fun it would get a higher mark.

Rent or Buy?

I suggest you do neither unless you are into collecting retro games. If this is the case choose another game first then choose this.

Final Score 2/10 Very Poor
