Disney's Aladdin

"Fun game - for the kids that is...."

Introduction

Aladdin was an cool television show and movie produced by Walt Disney. Er, what can I say? You're a poor hobo (or rather, orphan) who is in love with this princess and this wonderfull kingdom. Anyways,
Aladdin made its way into the SNES console in which you battle alot of enemies and generally alot of flying around in your magic carpet and much much more.

Game Play

Your main character in this game is, erm, Aladdin, the homeless guy that loves the princess of the kingdom. You control him in a fully 2D enironment in which you have to dodge, run, climb, swing, crawl and jump around in progress deeper into the game.

There isn't much objective in this game in which you have to complete something in move on; rather, this game has a simple objective in which you have to move forward and avoid dying. Very simple indeed.

Most of the time you'll be jumping and hanging from building to building while dodging the guards while trying to stay alive in this game. It is fun because you need hand - eye cordination and that you won't die (most of the times) when you fall. The game play is medinum hard and thus both enjoyable by the young and older age group.

Most of the time you'll be collecting some other things, such as hearts in order to increase your heart.

During the course of the game you'll be more things such as flying in a magic carpet which is a fun experience (just like the tv show!)

Graphics

The graphics for this game is good. No, EXCELLENT describes the graphics for this game. I love the quailty of animation for this game because Aladdin looks exactly, like, well, Aladdin. The animation is exactly the game as the tv show and I think the animation artists of the tv show must've worked with the game development team.

Over all the animation design for the characters and enironments are good because it looks alot like the ones in the tv show. The pixels in the game is good and that everything (the game play) is fluid)

Conclusion

The game Aladden is a excellent translation from television show to video games for the SNES console and that they have done a very good job in terms of game play and graphics. I recommend you to play it. Go ahead, I dare you because you'll probably be addicted to this game until you beat it.
