"A so-so RPG which I didn't find it that interesting."

In Robotrek, you are a budding mechanic wannabe. The goal of the game was a simple conception, build your robots and save the world(do we not have too many games with that type of plot?). I only bought this game to see what it was like, and it is not good for my skill, it basically mocks me and other avid RPG gamers.

Graphics 7/10
Very nice graphics for a Super Nintendo Game. Basically the same sprites everywhere you go, which made the game boring after a while. Enix could of done better for this particular game in the graphics department.

Sound / Music 4.2/10
Three words, turn it off. The music gets really annoying in this game, so I suggest you turn that infernal rachet off and put something good on. The sounds are also very annoying, and the same everywhere. Even the final boss does not have any cool sounds(all my fav RPGs have really wicked boss souns and really cool music), but at least they gave an attempt for the music.

Control 8/10
It was simple to control your robots in a battle and it was very easy to move on the overworld, mini-areas, and areas.

Gameplay 7/10
The game is so-so, too easy to find everything too. Not much for the experienced RPG gamer, but perfect for a novice. Me and my friend(SMcFadden) agree that this game went overboard on the amount of items available. But it was cool that you can combine items.

Replay
Not much replay at all. Once you have beaten it, you can not do anything at all.

50 bucks for this, not such a good buy. I would recommend this to any novice RPG gamer, but not to an experienced RPG gamer. The items you want in this game are too expensive to achieve and it would take a while to obtain that one item.
