"Very Fun."

This will probably be the only review of a platform action game You will ever read from me. Why? Cause I am not the biggest fan of these kind of games, they just hurt my Little Thumbs too much and can be Very Frustrating for me, but.. of course, there are exceptions to Every Rule, And Ninja Gaiden Trilogy is My exception to this rule.

Graphics 6/10
They don't show off the 16 bit power of the SNES, and in some parts the Classic NES scenes are better, (Like in Ninja Gaiden 2, stage 3-1, where is the flash of lighting?? Thats one of my Favorite Things about Ninja Gaiden 2, but thats just a mild complaint, There are also some minor Graphical Bugs as well, like in some of the cutscenes, The Pictures don't match the scene. However, with all these graphical bugs, They do match the NES, even though they should have been much much better, I think personally it was a Rush Job, which, they should not have done, they should have taken their time with the game.
Sounds and Music 7/10
Great Music. Moody, Nice, Dark in some parts, its really nicely done, but they could of done better here as well, and also some of the music just Randomly Stops sometimes, especially during the Cutscenes, which isn't cool because thats the best time for the music, you want to continue and you wanna know what is going on, and the music gets you prepared for this, but like I said, sometimes, it just randomly doesn't play which can be very annoying. Other than that, They basically Copy the Classic NES series.
Sounds. Swords Clanging, monsters coming at you, sounds of pain when you get hit and hurt, power up noises, standard action game noises, nicely done, but could have been much much better, but, I am not complaining. The Sounds are good enough for me.
Gameplay 7/10
Standard stuff, One button Jumps, one button slashes, but, I wish that on the SNES, since it had more buttons, I wish you could have been able to use the ''Y'' button to use your secondary Weapons, along with attack and up.
The Challenge of all three games, range from average (NG2) To Hard (NG) to insane (NG3) But, with the password system, a real nice thing to have, you can just beat a level, and if you get frustrated just write down the password and play when you are less Frustrated. But Overall, the Gameplay and Control is pretty good for a game of this caliber.
Overall 7/10
This game is fun. Its defiantly not for everyone, but if you do like Action platformers, Give it a Try. You'll like it much.
