Last Action Hero

"The Worst Super NES Game EVER!"

Last Action Hero is a movie that came out back in the early 90s. I never saw the movie and this "game" makes me glad I didn't see it. This is one of the games that should of never been made because some movies just don't translate into video games. On with the review.

Story:Some guy named Danny is watching a movie with his favorite hero, Jack Slater and before you know it, Danny is in the movie and he gets to see Jack. I don't remember the rest of the story. Story gets a 2/10

Graphics: They aren't the worst graphics I've seen, but they aren't the best graphics either. They looked kind of bad for an SNES game. This game looks like it should be played on an NES. A lot of the backgrounds are ugly and your character (Jack) looks nothing like Arnold. 2/10

Music/Sound: Some horrible heavy metal music. The music is very poorly done and it loops a lot. It is also very screechy and annoying. I don't remember hearing too many sound effects. If you manage to play through this "game" be sure to have your MP3 player or your CD player in handy. 1/10

Controls:The controls are kind of bad. Your character usually moves slow and moves like the kicking is almost totally useless. 1/10

Game Play: This is one of the worst games I ever play. You play as Jack Slater, an everyday guy and you go around punching and kicking thugs and punks off the street. The game play gets very repetitive after playing for five minutes. They also time you too. What? Most of the time you die because the thug will keep on punching you and you usually feel worthless. The game play is too repetitive so here is the one it deserves. 1/10.

Challenge:Hard to Extreme This "game" is hard! It's impossible to get out of the first level without dying a lot.

Fun Factor: This "game" is boring, repetitive and no fun at all. 0/10

Replay Value: I would never, ever play this "game" again, not even if someone offers me a million bucks to play it.

Buy/Rent/Avoid: I would avoid this "game" at all times. Don't buy this game, don't even think about this "game".

Conclusion: Last Action Hero is one of those movies that don't deserve a video game. Actually a lot of movies don't need to be video games. The developers usually change them and that what ruins the movie. This is one of the games that never should be played by anyone.
