Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters
Review by MRowe
"Turtle power + Street Fighter 2 = good game..."
Wow, its been a while since I wrote a review for Game FAQs!!
But I'm back once again to write the (From this point 'till the end of this paragraf the writer will pump up his ego:)) best darn reviews this site has ever seen!! So now, on to the review for TMNT: Tournament Fighters!!
Graphics: 10/10
Wow!!!! This game has some of the best graphics I have ever seen on the old SNES!! I mean the graphics on this version blows the graphics from the Sega Version's out of the water!! Great job on the TMNT and the bad guys, and this game had little to no slow down.
Gameplay: 9/10
Gameplay in this game is great for a fighting game on the SNES, but sometimes, it can be hard to pull off some of the moves. On level three gameplay can get pretty fast. All around best gameplay I've ever seen on a SNES fighter.
Sound and Music: 9/10
This is another great part of this game, it has some great music and Sounds. Every good/bad guys has his or her own grunts, gotes and battle screems. Better sound than Street Fighter 2, but it's not perfect.
Fun Factor: 8/10
I've only had this game for one day, so I can't give an answer about replay, but this game is a lot, and I mean a lot of fun.
Buy or Rent:
I would have to say a buy, if you want to find out how the story mode ends, but a rent for sire if you just want too have your friends over and play in ''Vs. Battle'' mode.
Over All: 8/10
I think I would have given this game a higher rating if it would have been based more on the Mirage/Image comic, but it's still a great game, and I think it might have been the last TMNT game to come out for any system. So if your a big fan of the TMNT, buy this game, if you are looking fr a fun fighting game, just rent it. So that's all for this review kids, so go brush your teeth and get to bed!!
