3-13-which should I choose?

This is supposed to be a living, breathing FAQ, so I'll add this.

In chapter 3-13, when Pelleas asks Micaiah to kill him, which should I choose? Does it affect the story in any way?

If it's your first playthrough, it doesn't matter. The only difference is slightly different dialogue. If it's your second playthrough onward, you can choose to spare his life which will make him an enemy in 3-Endgame, and he'll automaticly join your party in 4-2.

If it's your first Playthrough, then which ever option you choose has no bearing on the stroy whatsoever. In your second playthrough and on, you can choose to spare him, which causes him to join you in a later chapter.
