Sanaki's forced, so that's seven units you've picked. Pretty good, I'd say, although I'd go with Mia over Eddie. If Jill's speed is higher than Haar's, take her.

To fill in the gaps, you may consider some forged weapons, or some laguz.

If you trained Illyana, she might be a decent sage. Give Elincia fortify and some psychics.
Give Nolan the SS axe since he has more speed than Haar (equal to Jill) and higher strength than Jill (equal to Haar)

I would give Urvan to Jill because she has higher movement and higher defense than Nolan (I think).

Sanaki is better of with Cymbeline because of her strength. Even though Rexflame gives +3 speed, it's too heavy and will slow her down even more.

There are two SS swords, so Mia and Edward can either get Alondite and Vague Katti. (But I would say Zihark would be a bit better because of his earth support, but they're all good units, so it won't matter too much).

For anyone else who aren't getting the SS weapons, either brave or silver forged weapons are good. Nolan should get Tarvos if he's not getting Urvan. I would go with Elincia because of Amiti, even though Micaiah should be enough for a healer. But it won't hurt to have Elincia.

I'd pick Edward over Mia because of the 1 point of str he gets over her. But if you want you can do what I did and bring both Mia and Edward and bless both Alondite and VK then give both weapons to Edward.

If Sanaki can weild SS Fire without having her speed dropped then its perfect for her since she has a pretty low speed cap even for a mage.

Ellincia over Mist because Ellincia can fly. FYI: I think Ellincia is the best healer in the game if she can max her magic. =)

My only complaint is Shinon. Rolf was much better on my game.

If you still have nolan's tarvos, it makes a pretty good high-rank axe. I would say that Nolan + Haar or Jill would be a lot more useful than bringing along two mages (Soren and ilyana). One is more than enough, especially if you bring Elincia or Mist.

This all varies depending on the player. I'd say:
Jill, Harr, Nolan: Go with harr, he always turned out better for me than Jill, and has always been just as good as nolan for me, but his flying and movement are a big help. (Tip: he's great if given boots!)

Mia or Eddie: That really depends... if eddie is maxed, he tends to be slightly better than Mia, but It really depends. I really can't say for sure.

Elincia or mist: Elincia. Period. She fights much better, and heals the same, and she flies. With all those sages, you need as much backbone as you can get. I like a lot of sages too, so take it from me.

Note: I never was a fan of illana, i always went with another sage. But it's up to you

You could also give your magic users tombs like meteor or blizzard. If you happened to steal any, you can also use a blessed bolting on the third endgame chapter and do some massive damage to the dragons from a long distance away.

You do know that Elincia can't use an SS staff, right? Give Urvan to Nolan because he's tha strongest and fastest of the 3, give Mia the Alondite and Eddie the Vague Katti if you have it. Also, I'd still take Haar and give him a forged Silver Axe and restart until you get a good card for it. He has better strength and defense caps than a marshall and he's the probably the best beorc character in the game.

You have some open spaces, why not fill them in with Royals or something?
