How do I get The Fall Of Umbrella scenerios?

I beat all scenerios that have two people, do I need to beat the one that have one person too? Oh yeah I got all Cs on the Racoon City scenerios.

If you mean Umbrella's End, where you play as Chris or Jill again then you need to finish Beginnings 2, Rebirth 2, and Raccoon's Destruction 3. In order to play it.

To clarify even more:
Beginnings = Sub-chapter 1(Train Derailment), Wesker's Scenarios
Rebirth = Sub-chapter 2 (Mansion Incident), Wesker's Scenarios
Raccoon's Destruction = All three chapters

I believe you have to get an A rating on the third raccoons destruction also.

^No, A on Raccoon's Destruction only unlocks Death's Door, which is then required for Dark Legacy 2.
