The person in the job center always adresses me as a third class man. I thought it refered to the difficulty because I was on "sweet" but then I started a new game on "bitter" and he still calls me third class man. Is there a way to become a second or first class?
I don't believe there is any way to become better than a 'third class man', he is just looking down on you at all times. Even after getting gold on every job and completing it on bitter he gives you the same trash talking, it's just his way of putting you down.
