DS Suitcase?

Does using DS Suitcase allow a full transfer of everything, or just your characters face and hairdoo?

The DS Suitcase allows you to temporarily transfer your character to your DS in order to visit a friend's town. This transfers your character, bells on you, and items in your pockets. You can then take your DS to a friend's house and upload your character to his/her Wii and explore his/her town.

The Moving Van allows you to transfer your character's name, face, hairdoo, and catalog from Animal Crossing: Wild World to City Folk when starting a new game.

The two are very different things.

Answer

The DS Suitcase allows you to transfer your character and most of your catalog. Not for sale items like the Gulliver set or the Snowman set are not transfered. Also, none of the bells or items that you accumulated in Wild World will be transfered over.

Answer

By using your DS Suitcase as they call it LOL you get your players face, hairdo and catalogue but sadly you dont take objects, mail or bells so its just like starting a new game and wasting your DS File
All in all the whole DS suitcase thing is a waste but maybe you should do it like i did that way what i worked out was that when you have earned plenty of bells just re-order your FAV' furniture and carpets/wallpaper
Thanks From Matty Who you dont know

Info Needed

Does this mean you can't use the character on the DS anymore. Or is it more of a copy?

Answer

Incase anyone was wondering, this does NOT delete your DS File. It just sends a copy of you cataloge, name, and face to AC:CF. Also, what Companion Cube 32 said is all right.
