1. Make sure that the pokemon you're entering are not barred from the mode you intend to play.
2. If you obtained the pokemon using hacking tools, they may be automatically barred from any battles.
After that, I'm not sure there's any way to help you.

Sorry, that was clarification.
You should check the rules that the stadium uses.
No certain moves nor certain pokemon are restricted unless it's stated in the rules.
My advice, DONT CHEAT!
Bad Eggs indicate illegal stats. You exceed a total of 510 EVs, exceed more than 255 EVs in any one stat, and/or exceed 31 IVs in any one stat.
There is a possibility that you have same hold items which I think is barred.
