It's the one that's in the boat house. It says go to basil fronsac, then he says go to the sheperdess on the second floor landing. The problem is that I don't know were the second floor landing is.

statusThis is much easier if you talk to the portrait of Fronsac that is near the library, but if you talk to the one at the staircase you simply have to find your way to his other portrait.
Now, after you talk to him, go down the stairs just by his portrait (the one near the library) until you get to the second landing. On the wall there is a picture of a shepherdess. Talk to her and she will tell you how to continue on from there.
