I've heard you can throw a green shell at someone with three shells and somehow hit them knocking all there shells off,but when i try it doesn't work.Have i heard a rumor?

So in other words it's a glitch.
It's possible, but it is completely random and very hard. It has happened to me before in both the GC version and Mario Kart Wii. I think it would be the same for this version as well.

You have to hit the racer in the right spot. Hitting one of his green shells won't work.
