If by "ultimate form" you mean critical mass, then there are no special attacks in this form. Critical mass increases the damage and knockback you can do, as well as increasing your size and speed, but it also increases the damage and knockback you take in return. This isn't the same as the rage mode from DAMM or STE. Power surges have special attacks, which more or less fill the space of the rage attacks from the previous games. Basically, the old rage idea from the first two games was divided between both critical mass and power surges.
