I heard that you can use power-surge attacks obtained from power-surge crystals. Is this true?
Yes. Once you gain a power surge, press "1" and you'll enter that surge, of which there are seven distinct types, and each has their own different properties. The surges last for around 30 seconds before wearing off. You can press "1" again at any time you're in a power surge to do a power surge attack.
