I assume you mean the Cleaner Hose the guy at the Art Cafe yells at you about. This hose is found in a treasure shell in the wilds around Artiela, on the way to the dome ruins. I forget where exactly, but I remember thinking at the time that it was a good thing I had the mining license from Lifeborn, because I THINK it was behind a wall of mineable rocks.

Sorry I can't remember exactly.

Firstly- the vacuum item.

In the first room of the cave near Artelia (going up to the ruined dome- the one with the waterfall and plenty of stones) there's a wall of mineable rocks to the south of the room. Mine them, then the room below contains the item.

For the actual job-

In Artelia's Ground Hall, there's a sign with a cocktail glass on it. Near the door there (or inside, if it's your first time), there's a man who'll give you the job if you have the hose.
