It's what I do. ^_^
Once again, starting with the chase- for the first dreamdrop, walk to the left. Head over the sand pit and past Owl, and you should see this drop near a chest containing a time chip. For the second drop, turn around and look for a tree on top of a hill. It is past the jungle gym, near the city. When you approach the poles during the second chase, do not follow the rings through the gap. Instead, swing around on the pole. The third drop is between two of these poles, surrounded by blue chips. The final drop is located in the city. Whe map shows that you are at the bottom of the city, keep going straight instead of turning right. You will find the fourth drop inside the southern-most dead end section of the city, right before the exit. It may take a bit of trial and error to find, as the drop is literally moments away from the part of the city which launches you to the next section.
The drop in the Neon City Battle is located on the top layer, near the Disco Ball. Instead of entering the transport, check the topleft section of the city- it's located in the dead end.
You need the dragon persona for the Octopaw level. After you exit the slot machine, you will see the jungle gym building in the distance. The drop is located directly on top of the building, but the air currents will prevent anyone but Dragon NiGHTS from grabbing it.
In the Broadway Guide, both of the drops are located near the end. For the first drop, it is located behind one of the last chests. This chest in particular is guarded by a bee swarm. For the second one, it is located almost before the end. After you hit the blue switch while riding the platform, this drop is located to the right. It's on the other side of a chasm, but there doesn't seem to be a pink switch anywhere nearby to activate the sign. Well, actually, the switch is -inside- the sign. Aim for the middle, and you'll be able to walk over to it.

statusI'm going to be out of the state for the next few days, so Helen's drops will have to wait until January. That being said-
The first drop in the dreamgate is located on the hill, right behind the "My Dream" door. For the second, leave the fountain area and follow the trail. As you hook left around the fencing, you'll eventually come across a well- jump into it, and catch the drop in the air. For the last two, replay the tutorial after getting all of the personas. Use the dragon persona to snag the drop at the bottom of the air current (listen for it) and use the dolphin persona to snag the drop at the end of the lake.
The first drop in My Dream is located behind the entrance door. The second is right in the middle, but the dream needs time to form hills before you can reach it.
In Will's Bellbridge, during the second chase, be on the lookout for the first drop once you pass over the green bridge. It is located on the roof of a building, right below the four corner rings that form a circle. After taking the pole through the center of the green building, fly low and look for the second drop on top of a domed building. The third drop is located in the third chase. It is on the floor of the third chamber with large double doors.
