Should I use Load Game every time or I can just use continue and it won't affect on anything in game score or whatever?
Just continue. It doesn't affect anything besides a little stat at the end of the game saying how many times you died :]

statusYou mean if you get game over? I don't bother loading game, continue just means you score will say you died.
