I went through a window in an errand, and that window wont open again.

statusI wouldn't think so, it did kinda get set on fire. If you can't get in through the window then no.
Honestly I've never tried but the game doesn't allow access to some of the areas the game takes up like the junkyard or the clock-tower so it might be along those lines.

No you can go back in, but there is an errend to set out the fire, buth thats the only other time you can go back in

There is an errand you can do for a cop to get back in . You have to put out 8 fires and you can only do it at night
