Asked on: 9/27 8:37AMHow do you get SCR-HD to show up in a Free Race so that you can defeat him?
I've done Free Races on every track as every other character many, many, many times, and have yet to even see SCR-HD show up. Any advice please?
It comes at random it is very rare and to unlock it you have to win 1st place
