Go up to the orb that the ArchAngel is pinned to, and "push" against it. (Literally moving your character into the direction of the orb as if you'll walk into it) It'll take a few seconds before you'll enter.

you must use your camera and look to the archangel
you will enter the consiousness orb , and you decide to fuse of purify the AG
Walk into the orb. It may take a second or two, but you should enter. Then you have the choice to purify god with the AR, or walk into god and defy the archangel to unlock the next dungeon.
