Wild dogs keep breaking my fence, can fix it and how?
Yes. Use the Hammer on the broken piece to destroy it, then take a new piece of fence out of wood shed that northeast of your house. Also, the dogs do not destroy the fence; they simply enter the farm when the fence is broken (which is usually caused by rain/snow).
