"Where were you when this game launched?"

I remember where I was. Waiting, just waiting outside for a wii. I didn't even get the wii when I went. I couldn't believe it. All that waiting for nothing. Luckily I ahd picked up this. I raced home, and unwrapped it. I must've read through the booklet a million times abd just stared at the box art for ages. And that was all worth it. The Legend of Zelda series has always been popular. With the games hero Link, and the Princess Zelda, nothing can stop the series. But wait...no Princess Zelda this time? It's Twilight Princess, and it's literally one of the best game created, and the best launch game for a wii. I mean like wouldn't you love to be Link and slash around with your sword, slashing your way through hyrule, and slaying Ganon time to time? Or maybe your the archery type, and prefer aiming yor arrows at the monsters of twilight. Or maybe you'd rather ride on Epona and swing your sword wildly? Well this game has it all. Welcome to The legend. The Legend of Zelda.

Story 10/10

Fantastic. Well done Nintendo. What they accomplished here was great. To sum it up; once again, your a younger link, living in the the village known as Ordan Village. You help out people at a ranch, with your lovely horse Epona. You help out the villagers, and the children of the village. You are expected to become the village chief, and your respected by everyone in the town. Your loved by the children, and they take after you and your skills. You are told by a man in town that you will deliver something to the Royal Castle in hyrule. Your excited, but have to wait 2 days. Then something weird happens. These monkey's come out of no where, and the children go after it. It's Link's job to go after them , and save them. After fighting your way through the Ordan Woods, you make your way to where the Monkey's are being held captive, and you find one of the kids there, captured. You free the good monkey and the child, and return home. You get Epona taken away by one of the children who adore's epona, but finds a wound on her. She won't let Link take Epona to go to Hyrule, but then another child Colin comes and convinces Ilia the child, to let Link take epona. But then out've no where.....a monster on a giant boar comes out've no where and attacks the youth. You get hit by the monster, and then your about to become unconscious, and see Colin, and Ilia swept off by the monster...into the Twilight Zone. You then wake up in the twilight zone, as a wolf, and as the hero of hyrule. To top it off, your new helper Midna helps you on your quest to escape from the realm of the twilight zone, but not before meeting someone. Interesting right? Well it just gets better and better, trust me.

Game Play 10/10

Perfect perfect, and more perfect. My expectations of this game were fufilled. Just swing the wiimote and you will swing your sword in the game. Wave the nunchuk, and you'll do a spin slash. Even when your a wolf, just swing the wiimote and you'll attack the enemy/enemies your facing. Anything is possible. There are two major things you can do in this game. You can either continue your story mode, and fight your way through the twilight beasts, or you can sit back and relax, just fishing and making fluffy cats around the world happy by catching fish. Now in adventure you can use your sword, your sword on your horse, or you can do some stuff with aim items like the slingshot, or the boomerang, etc. Plus there's always stuff you can do. If your not the adventure type, you can sit back and just slash grass. It's fun just pretending your swinging a real sword. In fishing, you can use the wiimote as a rod. Swing it up or down, and reel it in with the nunchuk. It's just as fun as fishing, except for not getting the fish and showing it off to your friends. So adventure works like this. It usually happens like that you have to find the tears of light in a twilight area. Also every time you go into the twilight area, you become the wolf again, and midna rides you. You can do moves with midna too. You can to the midna teleport which lets you teleport to high places *she'll laugh when your near somewhere you can teleport*. She's also like Navi in OOT. She gives you advice. So if your having some trouble on something you can always talk to Midna. So after you get the tears of light in the twilight area, then you have to find the dungeon. Dungeons are always fun, with all those true Zelda puzzles that the developers have up their sleeve. Enough about game play, lets move on.

Graphics 10/10

Another perfect. Well maybe not that good graphics, but their still amazing for the wii. For those that didn't like the Wind Waker "Celda", then welcome back to OOT's look. Except it's even better graphics. I know they don't match up to the PS3's graphics at all, or the 360's graphics, but their pretty good fort he wii, compared to other titles like Red Steel, and Excite Truck.

Sound 10/10

Ah the old Zelda music is back. Except there's more. We have the classic Zelda tunes, and even more tunes that fit the twilight setting, and the peaceful village of Ordan. It turns out too that their is nice sound effects. Slashing the sword wouldn't be as fun without the effect of it hitting the enemy. Or being Link-Wolf and not hearing the sounds of Link-Wolf pouncing it's enemy. It's perfect. Welcome to the the true legend.

Controls 10/10

Once again perfect. Most games like Red Steel, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, and excite truck need better controls. Welcome to Zelda. It's much more accurate. The actions are simple. Simply just swing the wiimote, and you'll slash with your sword on the game. Anyone new to the series can fully enjoy the controls, young to old. Now you move with the nunchuk. So it makes it easy to move and slash at the same time, but twice the amount of fun. And your arm doesn't hurt. Just a simple flick of the wiimote can send enemies flying.

Replayability 10/10

This game can last you hours. It took me about 35 hours. And if you only play about an hour a day like me, that's 35 days of enjoyable Zelda playtime. And it's like OOT. You can just keep playing it over and over. Zelda games don't get boring. It's always a fun thing to try to find out stuff about the game, and maybe some secret glitches like the Arwing in OOT. The fishing can be fun time to time. Probably more enjoyable for those who like fishing, but some people who didn't like fishing before may find it fun in the game.

Overall 10/10

Every thing perfect. I really don't find anything wrong with this game. It was definitely worth of the $50 I payed for it, and is worth the effort and time. Buy or Rent? Go buy it now. I said it. X this, and go buy this game now. Any fans of the series will love the game, and any new-comers will find it fun too. If your seriously still sketchy about this game, then go rent it. Don't blame me for the late fee though. Well I hoped you enjoyed the review, and please rate it if you can, because I want to know if I did a good review so I can improve in my next review. Well thank you for reading this review, and have a fun time playing this game if you decide to buy it.
