Super Swing Golf (SSG). A Wii port of the game Albatross 18 for PC. The differences?...no online play, and ....you use your Wiimote like a golf club!

Lets get down to business.

I hate golf. Its boring. I love Super Swing Golf.

The game takes place on Pangya Island. Theres a handful of characters and stories to experience in Pangya Festa (story mode)....

As you progress through the game, you unlock characters, items, and courses to play in all of the game modes which are Pangya Festa, 18 Hole, Match Play, and Versus Mode....

What I really like is its off the wall theme. Medieval clubs, magic wands, paper bag caddies, pirates, exploding golf bolls, stars and whatnot....it makes for a more enjoyable golf experience really...Its a great party game.

Graphics: 9 Theyre colorful, theyre smooth. The scenes are beautifully designed, and the design of the costumes and equipment are great. Good camera work too

Music: 10 I like the music and sound effects. Theyre catchy, and fit the game. You may or may not like them. ...hear for yourself when you play I suppose...

Controls: 6/10 + 10/10 The first score applies to the hours of gameplay before you figure out what youre doing. the second score is what applies after you get the hang of it. You swing the wiimote like a club, and have to practice practice practice to get the right power, the right trajectory, everything. I find it really precise, and I can usually make it do about what I want to now. Once youre used to them, theyre much better than Wii Sports golf.

Replay 10: Theres tons of whatnot to buy for all of the characters, and theres plenty of characters anyways. I like Arin the most. Theres so many courses I dont know how you can get bored with the game...a dozen or so courses...

if you like Wii sports golf, but were left wanting more, go pick this up and practice. Once you get the hang of it, youll be hitting Pangya shots left and right, and swinging medieval golf clubs with a pirate ......good times!
