Monster 4X4: World Circuit

"Bad - not a very enjoyable game. A game that deserves the score I gave."

I really like the idea for the 3 score that Gamefaqs provided.

Graphics- honestly, it looks like A. crayola plus Hot wheels. and B. 2001 PS2 graphics for games like ONI. the essence of average. They looked so very lame and uninspired, it almost made me sad. In fact it did make me sad after I realized I payed 29.99 for a plastic wheel and the most average game on the face of the planet. 2 out of 10

Sound- honestly, it sounds like someone just got on some music program and copied the demo tracks for things like EXCITEMENT or ACTION. so unoriginal I almost did not notice it. The car sounds are pathetic. They must have gotten the sounds from some music program too.
Even the menu sounds are lame, why I could make better menu sounds. 3 out of 10

Game play- Its not broken. That's all I can say about it. Speed is not really part of the game. You always feel like your going 6 miles an hour. Similar to supervising a micro RC car without up grading the engine. The (( Career mode )) is really just a bunch of lame, uninspired races. The best thing they can do is have a reverse mode after a very few tracks, which , by the way , is already in every racing game on the planet. The multi player is boring and very lacking. Really, do we really need lame mini games for a lame game. 4 x 4 soccer is disgraceful, but if they did not include it they could put anything but the same cars on the same tracks over and over agin on the back of the box. My little siblings thought it was fun though. In my opinion this game wouldn't sell more than 10000 games if it did not include the wheel. 2.5 out of 10

Depth- ha! I fooled you. This game has no depth. less than 20 cars on any racing game with no customization other than color is just sad and lazy by the developers. 0.00002 out of 10.

Replay ability- This gets a 9 out of 10 because the game feels like you already played it 10 times during the 2 race you play. So I guess Ill give this good marks. 9 out of 10

Value- none. It would be far cheaper to get a 9000 times better game and a wheel by itself for just 20 dollars if you buy used. 0.5 out of 10

Over all- lame. Go get yourself the ps1 toy story racer instead. it's a lot better
