WarioWare: Smooth Moves

Review by Bleachfan1786

"Just got a Wii? well get this game!"

WarioWare Smooth Moves. Want to get to know your Wii, how it works, how to use the Wii-mote? Well, then this game is a must. Nothing special, just a couple of mini games to take up some time and give a start to playng the Wii.

Gameplay: 8/10
Very fun, addicting mini games for all to enjoy. It makes great use of the Wii-mote, making you grip it and move it different ways, making forms. Some forms are difficult, like the Elephant, though most are easy like the Remote Control. However, safety freaks, I found it very hard to use the wrist strap, especially for the Mohawk form. The gameplay had me sucked in for at least 5 weeks, before I played any thing else. Wii Veterans, you'll find little in this game. It is a very fun game.

Graphics: 9/10
Not much to say on the graphics, most of it is 2d, but they are fun to look at. Hardcore gamers, you won't be satisfied, but this isn't a hardcore game. Other gamers, you will probably like the graphics. They won't strain your eyes like Halo 2. Remember kids, 2d is fun too.

Controls:10/10
Yes, you heard me right. 10/10. In this game, there are like 25 control types in this game, all fun, except the Elephant >__< which was crap, especially Clu Clu Land. But most forms are user friendly, like The Umbrella and Remote Control. The controls are the main reason you'll play this game. There's a form for everybody in this game.

Story:2/10
There's basically no story here. The Wii-mote plays a vital role in the story. It is called the Form Baton, and some chicken-thing leads you to where it is held, the Temple of Form. Wario, being as greedy as he is, takes the Form Baton and springs a trap, (giant boulder) making you beat various mini games to escape the boulder. After that, you visit many people around Diamond City, and play their mini games.

Sound 9/10
The sounds in here are fun, like the graphics, fun, not good. Hardcore gamers will say "Huh?" after hearing them, but casual gamers will love them. They are cartoonish but awesome in their own little kid way. Spit and Dribble's stage music sticks in your head a LONG time, so you better like it. Otherwise there's some nice disco.

Multiplayer 7/10
Pretty average, Bomb and Survival are basically the same, but in Bomb, you choose what form the other player has to use. There's Darts, which are pretty nice, but then there's Lifeline. Lifeline barely has anything to do with the mini games. Bomb is sort of fun.

Replayability 9/10
Not much to say, but you will spend most of your time replaying.

Overall 9/10
This game has some flaws, but is a must have for people new to the game. Unlocking everything takes about 5 hours, so you'll spend a lot of time replaying.
