I am on level 20 and I have abe standing on the pad, but I have sent about 30 or 40 orbs to the Glukan and the water level isn't rising. How many orbs do u have to send before the water level goes up?

statusIt's not how many orbs you send. You need to take control of the Glukkan, move him in front of the Lulu's fund machine, and press the A button to get him to deposit his money, Once he is knocked out, a shot clip showing the water level rising should play.

There are three separate Glukkans that you have to make donate before the water rises completely. But like dragonchimera said you should see a scene of the water rising.
