sometimes you can fix this by taking the disc out of the xbox and putting it back in, also try turning the xbox off then back on. This will usually work unless the disc is screwed up really bad or the xbox is dead. Does it play other games?

The concle is fulty or broken.
Try to clean your disc.
flibadajibit73, U can play Original Xbox games on the 360,
Clean UR disc or if it has scratches get rid of it and buy a new one, put it on a garage sale and prank someone.
Maybe because your disc is dirty/damaged.
Either your disc is scratched or you need one of those lens cleaner things(they look like a disc with a mini duster like thing on it).
Oskjerta you cant play xbox games on the 360 i tried it already anyway maybe the system has a bug in it when i played Jak and Daxter on my PS3 it played but when i picked up orbs it frooze and went picture by picture.
