status1. Collect the secret tape in the area
2. Complete the street challenges provided by the tape (found by opening the menu)
3. Grab the all the graffiti souls in the area
4. Talk to Roboy in the garage and go to Test Run
Can do for all levels except the Garage, Rokkaku Expo Stadium, and the Tokyo Skyline
