What is a jet ranking so I can unlock the twelve characters left using jet rankings?
Talk to Roboy after you have completed the game and select the option on the far right--test runs. Note that to unlock a level, you need to find the hidden tape and collect all of the graffiti souls in that area. After this, you can select them in test run and do various challenges. Get a high-ranking score to get a Jet rating, how high you need exactly depends on the level.
