There are two ways; either go to caves or ask for them in towns. For instance ald - run or balmora, probably in the mages guild. Not in any ancestral tombs.

Ya a lady in the balmora mages guild one, you can buy a levetation spell then go to a dumner under ground in the balmora mages guild where the little church area is, anyway creat a spell levitate 100-100 on self for as long as you want it in seconds

Mages guilds are usually the best place, remember that the higher the mag. the faster you will go, so don't get a really rubbish mag. spell.

you can buy the leviation spell from a mage in the lower section of the mages' guild. when i bought the spell i didnt have high enough alteration to cast it so i made another alteration spell which was the same exept it lasted less and didnt let you get off the ground. i just casted this spell over and over until my alteration spell rose high enough to cast a regular Levitation spell. You can make spells by talking to the high elf in the bottem level in balmora's mages' guild

The one way u could get levation spells is to go to the white heavn in balmora and get racer plumes and trama roots. Use alchemy to make levation potions.
