Still Life

Asked on: 4/16 11:24AMWhat's the difference between Still Life and the one with roman numeral III ?
I've seen 2 different versions. One just lists "Still Life" and one has the title with a crude roman numeral 3 (III) with a slash through the middle. YES, I realize that the artwork 'slash' is the last 2 L's in stiLL and the first L in Life that make up the (lowercase) LLL, but is there any difference in the games (besides the artwork - packaging)?
