I can't buy new cars, when i say drive now, it just makes me leave the place, luckily still having all my money. the only good thing is that it erases my impound strikes every once in a while. Is this what's supposed to happen?

I've also never used any cheats or hacks to mess the game up.

You probably hit the limit for cars you can store in your garage.
There is no limit for the amount of cars you can have in your garage,and i dnt think that cheat caused it,it may be a glitch,but could you still play the game normal??
you cant only have 6 cars,but you can still win more than that.I had the same problem. sell any you dont need until you have less than 6,then buy.cheats have nothing to do with it.
