Is it physically possible?!
I've got an old Xbox and I want to transfer my old save to the new Xbox.
Yes it's possible I believe there called Memory Cards put it in the back of the Xbox controller.

statusNinja Gaiden Black saves are not transferrable, period.
360 users, especially beware removing your HDD from your console and putting it on another console to transfer saves. When you reattach your HDD to your console you will find all your saves are corrupted.
